The Sunshine Coast is a coastal community located a 35 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay (near Vancouver). Most of its 26,000 residents live in an area that stretches 60 km from Port Mellon to Earl's Cove. The Sunshine Coast is an environmentally-conscious area that offers an abundance of recreational and cultural opportunities. It is home to many artisans who contribute to the beauty of the area. From potters to loggers, from fishers to musicians - ours is a diverse community that attracts thousands of visitors yearly.
